Ruth is Head of Wills & Estates at Lynn & Brown Lawyers. She was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of WA in 2003 and since that time has worked at various law firms (including top tier), at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA and has run her own business. Ruth now specialises in the area of wills and estates, including: complex and disputed wills, applications for grants of probate and letters of administration and other aged-care related matters such as ‘granny flat’ agreements, documenting loans to children, and review of aged care contracts. Having cared for an aging relative herself, clients find Ruth’s advice very practical and insightful. In her spare time, Ruth enjoys bike riding, spending time with her family and is a member of a book club.
