Our commercial team is comprised of four lawyers (a Director, a Senior Associate, two Lawyers), and our Secretary. This means that your experience with Lynn & Brown will be intimate and personalised and you will be able to communicate directly with the lawyer who has carriage of your matter. You’ll probably get to know most of us during the course of your matter, so you may wish to familiarise yourself with our team. 

At Lynn & Brown, we do things a bit differently to most other lawyers – we offer fixed pricing. While most lawyers charge on time, we have done away with the timesheets and 6-minute intervals to offer transparency to our clients. After you come to see us, we prepare a Strategy and Scoping Proposal to achieve your objective for a fixed fee. We believe our fixed pricing model empowers our clients and gives them control over their legal matters. We are also able to provide monthly subscription fees to regular customers of legal services.

Our main office is in Morley, but we also have offices in Ellenbrook and Perth City. This means you have the option of three convenient locations if you want to meet with us. But remember, you can also pick up the phone and call us at any time because we don’t charge on time.

We specialise in acting for mining industry service providers, just like you. We never act for miners, so you don’t need to worry about us working for the ‘other side’.
